彬长矿区大口径井钻杆断裂事故分析与处理

摘要:

大口径井扩孔钻进过程中,由于钻头和钻杆的尺寸差异,钻杆在承受扭矩和轴向力的同时,产生较大的纵向振动、横向振动以及扭转振动,极易发生断裂事故。以某大口径井钻杆断裂事故为例,科学分析并成功处理了井内事故,提出了一套安全实用的事故预防与处理方法,为类似情况的处理提供实例示范与借鉴依据。

Abstract:

The drilling pipes combined with broaching bit of large-diameter well are easily to fracture as intense longitudinal vibration,transverse vibration and torsional vibration accured during drilling down.Taking a large-diameter well drilling pipe fracture accident for example,after scientific analysis and successful treatment, this paper gives out some secure and practical plans about well accident prevention and processing measures to set up a good example using as a source of reference for dealing with similar situations.
